Garden Park

- Webster’s dictionary defines Garden Park as “of or relating to paradise,” and we believe this well describes the areas we serve.

Located at the western boundary of the City of Garden Grove, Garden Park/Eastgate is nestled where the 405 and 22 Freeways meet in northwest Orange County near the south Los Angeles County border in Southern California, and surrounded by Seal Beach, Rossmoor-Los Alamitos, Cypress and Westminster, California, or as we fondly call them all together –

“Garden Park Neighbors”

This area was mostly strawberry fields and farms before being developed by S&S and other builders in the early 1960s.

In just 10 short minutes, you can walk the pier at Seal Beach or take a stroll through Westminster Mall or South Coast Plaza (405 Freeway-Bristol Exit), and in as little time as an hour, you can be at the mountains.

Getting away (if you must) is also a breeze; four local airports are less than an hour’s drive: Long Beach (LGB), Orange County (SNA), Los Angeles (LAX) and Ontario (ONT).
